How the process works

You keep your pharmacy relationship simple: one order form, one invoice, one delivery. What changes is the number on it.

  1. You send your current numbers. Cost per vial, strength, monthly quantity, and your terms. A redacted invoice is fastest, but you can just type the figures.

  2. We price it against the current pooled tier. You get a written side-by-side within one business day — your price, our price, and the difference over twelve months.

  3. If it makes sense for your business, you'll process orders directly through us and we'll ship directly to your practice. If it isn't you, you keep the pricing comparison, and we leave you alone.

No exclusivity. No minimum term. You can order one cycle and stop.

What you get

  • Tier pricing you can't reach alone. Your 100 vials priced inside a 3,000-vial order.

  • Board certified pharmacies. Every order is filled by board certified, accredited compounding pharmacies — the same ones the largest practices rely on.

  • Flexible payment terms. We work with your cash flow — payment arrangements that fit your cycle instead of forcing everything up front.

  • Direct shipping. Cold chain to your practice address, tracked, with a named person to call when something’s wrong.

  • Operators on the other end. We run a practice too. You're not explaining your business to a rep who's never done a consult.

WLB RX is run by operators of multiple GLP-1 practices that have scaled beyond $5M+ per month through efficient pharmacy cost savings. We order these vials for our own patients every month, which is the entire reason this exists — we got tired of paying single-practice pricing and started aggregating.

Who this is for
